CTG is hiring a Process Engineer 4 to support a new pilot manufacturing line for our client in Shakopee, MN. This role leads 10–20 assemblers/technicians, supports line startup, and ensures successful low-volume production of a new product.
**Duration:** 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead and supervise daily activities of assemblers and technicians
+ Maintain materials, parts, inventory, and coordinate shipping
+ Hire, train, and develop line staff
+ Support process development and NPI documentation
+ Assist in equipment troubleshooting and process optimization
+ Ensure safety, quality standards, and a productive work environment
Top Skills & Experience:
+ 5+ years manufacturing experience
+ Experience supervising teams
+ Mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot equipment
+ Small-component assembly experience (preferred)
+ Materials planning experience (nice to have)
+ Strong Excel and organizational skills
Education:
+ Engineering/STEM degree OR equivalent technical background with relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $56.00 to $68.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
