CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Microsoft Analytics position for our client in Philadelphia, PA.

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

+ Develop, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Analytics applications to support business intelligence initiatives.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

+ Design and implement scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, PySpark, and Hadoop.

+ Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across analytics platforms.

+ Provide technical guidance and best practices for cloud-based analytics solutions.

+ Support business users in the banking domain by translating complex requirements into actionable analytics solutions.

Skills:

+ Strong expertise in AWS platform and cloud-based analytics solutions.

+ Proficient in AWS Glue, PySpark, and Hadoop for large-scale data processing.

+ Solid understanding of Microsoft Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SSAS, SSIS).

+ Knowledge of US Cards and broader Banking domain processes.

+ Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Experience:

+ Proven experience as an application developer or data consultant in cloud analytics environments, preferably AWS.

+ Hands-on experience in designing and deploying ETL pipelines and managing big data solutions.

+ Exposure to banking or financial services data analytics projects is highly desirable.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
