    Pay

    $18.00 - $23.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Follow supervisor's assignments for food production and prepare food and beverage products for guests by following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines

    + Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas, ensuring adherence to recipe standards

    + Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to achieve perfect crust texture and toppings

    + Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient workflow

    + Set up, operate and clean kitchen equipment, according to correct procedures as well as keeping workstations clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked

    + Follow supervisor's assignments for opening and closing procedures

    + May be required to perform other duties as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the team and organization

    More about you

    + 1-2 years experience as a cook or prep cook, Italian cuisine preferred

    + In-depth knowledge of pizza preparation techniques highly preferred

    + Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders

    + Ability to follow procedures and take directions

    + Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions

    + Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays

    Physical requirements

    + Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, and blend a variety of foods and liquids

    + Ability to carry large pans, weighing up to 50 pounds, and operate kitchen equipment

    + Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions

    + Exposed to variable temperatures
