    We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Special Education Teacher certified to teach elementary and middle school to join our team at Newfane Middle School. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in differentiated instruction and the ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students, including those with diverse learning needs. The teacher will utilize innovative behavior management strategies that promote positive student engagement and a growth mindset, fostering resilience and academic success. Additionally, the candidate will be trauma-informed and skilled in creating personalized learning plans that address each student's social, emotional, and academic needs, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive. The anticipated assignment will be as a Consultant Teacher.
