• Program Manager - L&I EEO & Workplace Culture

    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 5 years of full-time experience in project management, with demonstrated success leading initiatives in equity, inclusion, and workplace culture, employee engagement, or employee resource group (ERG) program management.

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Strong understanding of compliance, EEO, and workplace culture frameworks, required.

    + Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, required.

    + Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, required.

    + Familiarity with union environments and field operations, required.

    + Must possess analytical and creative problem-solving skills to respond to and manage the needs of WINC and female union employees in field roles, required.

    + Must be able to identify trends, perform follow-up analysis, and prepare documentation, required.

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving work environment, required.

    + Proficiency in MS Teams and PowerPoint for effective presentation and communication, required.

    + Computer literacy with proficiency in Windows environments and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint), required.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    Physical Demands

    + Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds

    + Sit or stand to use a keyboard, mouse, and computer for the duration of the workday

    + Stand to use/operate office equipment for the duration of the workday

    Additional Physical Demands

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
