We’re also looking at what’s next for you and how we can help you build a career you’re proud of. We are seeking experienced qualified Millwright with experience located near New Orleans, LA area. **We offer competitive pay ($25-$35 hr based on experience). Local Candidates only.**

As an Ironworker you will contribute to our team by:

+ Working on the water installing pier access platforms.

+ Installing new machinery on a moveable bridge.

+ Performing structural steel repairs on moveable bridge.

+ Five years minimum experience as a millwright.

+ Previous experience installing machinery (bridge machinery is preferred)

+ Clear communication skills.

+ Ability to read/understand plan sets.

+ Knowledge of turned bolt installation and machinery fit requirements.

+ Marine experience and operating boats preferred.

+ Must be safety minded

+ Knowledge of OSHA requirements related to marine work, cranes, and rigging.

+ Successful candidates must pass a drug screen and physical before beginning work.

+ Wants to grow into a foreman/superintendent.

**What you will bring to this role** :

+ Experience relating to Movable Bridges or heavy civil.

+ Must be safety minded.

+ Successful candidates must pass a drug screen before beginning work.

+ Experience running boats.
