_Construction Worker_

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring **Construction Workers** for civil highway projects in the **Frederick, MD** area. The pay range is **up to $20** per hour based on experience. All construction workers are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides **weekly** pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties

+ Assist with installation of new guardrail systems

+ Assist with repair of old guardrail systems

+ Use hand and electric tools to cut, fabricate, and install guardrail components

+ On project training provided

+ **ATTSA Flagger Certification** (Not required but preferred)

+ Occasional Flagger duties

+ Occasionally operate company vehicles

+ Heavy lifting required

Ultimate Construction Worker

+ 1+ years of construction experience

+ Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots, metatarsal cover)

+ Must have basic hand tools to perform trade

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 80 lbs without assistance

+ Drug Test Required

+ Background Check Required

+ Clean driving record

+ ATTSA Flagger Cert (Not Required but Preferred)
