    About the role

    + Our Quality department is focused on ensuring the highest standards for our products.

    + As a Quality Coordinator will maintain Site compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards and the Solvay NAM Quality Management System (QMS). This role is also responsible for ensuring Site compliance with NSF, Kosher, and HALAL certification standards, as well as specific requirements from Electronics customers. The coordinator will be key in implementing continuous improvement and promoting a quality management culture across the Site to ensure all products and services meet regulatory/company standards and customer expectations.

    + You will be accountable for:

    + Audit Management & Closure: Serve as the Lead Site Contact for all internal and external auditing activities (ISO 9001, customer, supplier), providing Lead Auditor support and ensuring the timely coordination and closure of all resulting audit findings.

    + Customer Complaint Resolution: Manage the complaint process by assigning investigations, verifying root cause analysis, ensuring the implementation of corrective/preventive actions, and tracking follow-up until effective incident closure.

    + QMS & Document Control Administration: Administer the AODocs document control system, conduct employee training (new hire and ongoing QMS), coordinate Quality Management Reviews, report key quality metrics (KPIs), and perform inspections per the quality control plan.

    + Change & Certification Compliance: Approve changes from a quality perspective, ensure adherence to the change management procedure, manage all change notifications with the commercial team, and lead compliance for ISO/NSF/Kosher/HALAL certifications.

    + Supplier Programs & Safety: Manage the Supplier Evaluation and Non-conformance programs, maintain required documentation for various activities (e.g., Pest Service), and ensure compliance with all Company HSE policies, Life Saving Rules, and Site safety procedures.

    + We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.

    About you

    + Bachelor’s Degree in a science or technical discipline; applicable work experience will be considered.

    + 2+ years of experience working within a Quality System in an industrial setting is preferred.

    + Must maintain Lead Auditor certification for ISO 9001

    + Competencies:

    + Ability to expertly maintain, administer, and continuously improve complex Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically ISO 9001:2015, and specialized standards like NSF, Kosher, and HALAL.

    + Skills to apply systematic analytical and reasoning abilities to investigate non-conformances, particularly customer complaints, identify root causes, develop robust corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans, and follow through to verify effectiveness and incident closure.

    + Proficient in **relevant computer software** (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, and SAP)

    About the pay and benefits

    + Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the USA base pay reasonably expected for this role is $70,000 to $80,000 yearly, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
