    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Axiom Developer to join our Regulatory Reporting Technology team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and maintaining financial and regulatory reporting solutions using the AxiomSL ControllerView platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data analysis, and systems development, and will work closely with business and technology partners to deliver high-quality reporting solutions to support complex regulatory reporting requirements across multiple entities including Broker-Dealer, BHC, IHC, and FINRA. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AxiomSL, data integration, and financial regulatory frameworks.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Develop/configure reports in AxiomSL ControllerView.

    + Translate business/regulatory requirements into technical specs.

    + Collaborate with BAs to interpret BRDs/FRDs.

    + Map data elements to Axiom data model.

    + Perform data analysis and validation.

    + Support testing and defect resolution.

    + Maintain documentation for configurations and logic.

    + Participate in planning, estimation, and implementation.

    + Liaise with IT, Internal Audit, and Regulatory teams.

    + Provide production support and troubleshoot issues.

    + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Skills/Previous Experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    + More than five (5) years of relevant development or engineering experience is highly preferred.

    + Hands-on experience with AxiomSL ControllerView V10.

    + Experience developing/maintaining configurations for FR Y-9C, FR 2052a, CCAR, LCR, Basel III.

    + Experience building/optimizing data sources, aggregations, data models.

    + Experience managing portfolios, shorthand logic, branch creation/rollover.

    + Able to apply quarterly patches and upgrades.

    + Support modules: Haircut, Liquidity Risk, Basel III.

    + Integrate with upstream systems (OFSAA, EDW).

    + Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

    + Source-to-target mapping and transformation logic.

    + Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL.

    + Familiarity with SDLC (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

    + Axiom metadata design, technical documentation.

    + Unix/Shell scripting, job schedulers (Control-M, Autosys).

    + Cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with OFSAA.

    + XML/XBRL formats and regulatory data standards.

    + Basic accounting principles.

    + Financial services/banking domain experience.

    + DevOps tools for deployment and automation.

    + Familiarity with CCAR, FR Y-9C, FR 2052a, FR Y-11, FR Y-12, FR Y-12A, FR Y-11S, FR Y-6, FR Y-9LP, FR Y-8, FHC-Reg Y/Sec 3, 13F, 13G, NFRR, FFIEC, SEC filings.
