Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Full-Time | Ocean County, NJ (7AM–3PM)

Pay: A base of $20.20/hour and Up to $22.20/hour with a shift differential & overtime availability

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, includes two weekend days

What You’ll Do

+ Provide direct care and support to individuals in our group homes, apartments, and supported living programs.

+ Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, hygiene, and household tasks.

+ Encourage personal development and community involvement through recreation, social outings, and goal-based activities.

+ Ensure the safety, health, and dignity of each individual while maintaining accurate electronic documentation.

+ Work collaboratively with your team and supervisors to uphold The Arc’s mission and values.

One year of experience required for the daytime shift

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

+ Compassion, reliability, and teamwork

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points

+ 18 years or older

+ At least one year of longevity with a previous employer
