Scope of Position:
Reporting to the Vice President Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, the Director, Talent Acquisition will build/lead the Americas talent acquisition team and function while creating and optimizing processes, aligning the hiring process and candidate experience to global corporate initiatives. We are looking for an operationally inclined, strategic, and innovative talent acquisition leader to lead the Americas talent acquisition function by maintaining and improving recruiting systems, processes, and tools while also serving as a talent acquisition partner for key functional areas across the business.
This is a hybrid position, based in North Andover, MA.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and a Coordinator through coaching, managing, mentoring, and representing the talent acquisition function to the overall organization.
+ Build and drive the recruiting function forward by establishing new tools, including interview score cards and competency models, while implementing process improvements that may be shared with the global HR and talent acquisition teams.
+ Act as a player-coach, effectively employ talent acquisition skills and knowledge to source for open positions using tools such as social media, networking, internal candidate database, etc.
+ Establish quantitative and qualitative data and utilize these metrics to drive efficiency, develop business-driven recruitment, workforce planning strategies, and inclusion initiatives.
+ Act as a business partner to functional teams to drive the recruitment process with internal clients.
+ Manage requisitions to identify talent for various roles.
+ Create and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing a positive experience that promotes the employer brand in the marketplace.
+ Determine the optimal mix and strategy for sourcing candidates, including leveraging external agencies, employee referrals, social media, job boards, campus career centers, and other mediums.
+ Act as a thought leader to establish innovative processes for assessing talent, including screening criteria, interview formats, and analytical and technical tests and assignments.
+ Drive and implement AI initiatives for the recruiting organization to optimize processes.
+ Develop communications, processes, and training for the TA team that will lead to a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
+ Develop and drive the overall talent acquisition strategy. Manage and develop a team of talent acquisition resources to support end-to-end recruitment for all Americas and corporate roles.
+ Oversee the candidate experience, including the development and management of talent acquisition strategies, processes, budget, headcount plan, and reporting of key metrics.
+ Manage and enhance relationships with vendor partners, including search firms, advertising resources, job boards, and social media platforms.
+ Manage the continued enhancement of the company’s applicant tracking system (Workday) to enable streamlined and automated processes and provide access to data analytics for evaluating and assessing progress and outcomes.
+ Regularly share hiring analytics with HR leadership, global TA members, and the Global Leadership Team.
Required Qualifications
+ 15+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
+ Experience in a global manufacturing organization is required.
+ 5+ years of experience managing seasoned recruiters and owning recruiting operations.
+ Innovative talent acquisition leader who can model best practices to the global staffing and HR function.
+ Advanced recruiting sourcing and networking skills. Demonstrated ability to leverage referrals and develop sourcing strategies for various roles.
+ Ability to collaborate and interface with all levels of the organization including Operations, managers, HR Business Partners and senior leaders.
+ Proven experience implementing AI processes in a recruiting function.
+ Must excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple searches and projects.
+ Keen attention to detail, efficient, highly organized, and articulate (written and verbal).
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships, influence outcomes, and gain respect as a trusted advisor.
+ High level of integrity, coupled with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
+ Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, Boolean searches, other sourcing tools, and ATS.
+ Proven experience using social media and talent acquisition methodologies to source, hire, and demonstrate ROI using data and analytics.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Experience conducting webinars/presentations is a plus.
+ Travel Required: 25%

Working Conditions:
While performing the job duties, you will be working in an office environment. You will be required to work in the office at the North Andover, MA location three days per week (Monday – Wednesday) and can work remotely two days per week (Thursday and Friday).
Physical Requirements: Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:
+ Ability to remain seated/standing at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
+ Ability to read documents and communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with management, coworkers, and third parties.
+ Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
+ Ability to physically move around the office and occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
Pay Range:
The expected salary range for this position is $170,000-$225,000 yearly. Actual compensation will be dependent upon individual skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable laws.
