Operations Associate

Hours: 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm

LaSante Health Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day facility and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to coordinate smoothly across departments to keep the health center running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

+ Assist with daily operational oversight to support efficient workflow across all departments.

+ Coordinate facility needs, including supply requests, maintenance issues, and vendor communication.

+ Serve as the designated receiver for all incoming deliveries; check, sort, and distribute items promptly.

+ Assist with inventory management and maintain organized storage areas and supply closets.

+ Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned.

+ Help ensure shared operational spaces remain clean, organized, and properly labeled.

+ Qualifications:

+ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.

+ Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
