    How You’ll Make an Impact

     

    The **Manufacturing Lab Supervisor** will support the day-to-day blending operation by maintaining the schedule, having direct supervision of the blending team, performing quality tests and managing the ISO 9001 program.

    Responsibilities Include

    + Perform quality testing on inbound and outbound products and blends.

    + Supervise blending personnel

    + Lead project management for blending/bulk distribution

    + Quality Management Systems coordinator including ISO 9001 program

    + Maintain production schedule and purchase raw materials (bulk production and lab)

    + Troubleshoot and repair equipment as well as maintain equipment maintenance intervals

    + Act as bulk inventory control coordinator

    + Other duties and responsibilities as determined by Valvoline from time to time in its sole discretion.

    What You’ll Need

    + Minimum B.S. in Chemistry, Biology or Engineering but will consider Business

    + 2 years in a fast-paced manufacturing enviorment is preferred

    + Previous experience production scheduling and lean six sigma, a plus.

    + Strong communication/presentation skills

    + Computer Skills - specifically Excel, Power Point, SAP and quality management software

    + Ability to perodically lift up to 50lbs during shift

     

    Pay range: $70,000-$75,000 per year
