Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and clinically oriented **Field Marketing Manager** to join our J&J Medtech Surgery marketing team. Focused on orthopedic surgery across the Wound Closure and Biosurgery platforms, this pivotal role will deploy deep procedural and product expertise to drive field execution of key marketing strategies, deliver critical initiatives to drive growth, and support market penetration and development efforts. Top candidates will have a clinical background in orthopedic surgery, a hands-on leaders with a strong understanding of clinical stakeholder engagement across the Wound Closure and Biosurgery portfolios.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Field Execution of Marketing Strategy
+ Implement and adapt marketing strategies for orthopedic specialty within assigned geographies.
+ Collaborate closely with brand marketing, sales, and clinical teams to ensure seamless execution of orthopedic marketing initiatives.
+ Monitor and report on field activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Sales Collaboration
+ Collaborate with sales and marketing to find opportunities for clinical stakeholder engagement, education, and demonstrations.
+ Assist in driving product adoption and conversions through strategic support and targeted interactions with external stakeholders.
+ Apply procedural and product expertise to support and engage our sales teams
+ Provide technical and clinical insights to enable the sales team to build credibility and foster relationships with key partners.
3. Support NPI (New Product Introduction) Launches
+ Play a key role in driving NPI strategies within select accounts.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches in targeted accounts.
+ Provide feedback from the field to inform product positioning and marketing messaging.
Qualifications
+ A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
+ Clinically relevant degree preferred (PA, NP, RNFA, or equivalent)
+ Deep understanding of surgical procedures, clinical workflows, and stakeholder engagement in orthopedic surgery
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
+ Willingness to travel up to 60% of time.
This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.
This position will be field based and require up to 60% travel, US domestic.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$102,000 - $177,100
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
