Find your purpose with CentraCare working as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Long Prairie Hospital! Our team is dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate care to our diverse patient population. We value our Nursing Assistants as crucial members of our healthcare team, committed to enhancing the well-being of every patient. As a CNA, you will play a key role in delivering quality nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses. You will assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of individualized nursing care plans, addressing the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of our patients. CNAs are responsible for assisting with activities of daily living that include bathing, toileting, feeding and more!

+ Schedule

+ Part-time | 48 hours every two weeks | Long Prairie Hospital

+ Rotating 12-hour day and night shifts required | 7am – 7:30pm and 7pm – 7:30am

+ Every third weekend | Rotating holidays

+ Pay and Benefits

+ Starting pay begins at $17.75 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

+ Pay range: $15.96 - $23.96 per hour

+ Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Certified as a Nursing Assistant on the MN State Nursing Assistant Registry

+ Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with patients and /or patient families, personnel, medical staff and general public
