Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Workato Engineer to join our digital marketing team. This role is dedicated to building and optimizing integrations across our Salesforce organization and GTM (Go-To-Market) systems. You will leverage your expertise in Workato and automation to streamline workflows and ensure seamless data flow between critical platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workato and a solid understanding of integration best practices, particularly with Salesforce. Exposure to Marketo and AI-driven solutions is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workato recipes and connectors.

• Automate workflows across GTM systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, Ironclad, and other enterprise SaaS tools.

• Support and enhance integrations within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• Collaborate with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

• Implement best practices for error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning.

• Continuously improve automation strategies to support marketing and sales operations.

• Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to gather requirements.

Document integration workflows and maintain clear technical specifications.

Skills and Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience building complex integrations and automations using Workato.

• Familiarity with GTM systems and enterprise SaaS landscape.

• Understanding of APIs, authentication protocols, and data mapping.

• Experience with JSON, XML, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python preferred).

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Salesforce experience (admin or integration).

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing workflows.

• Exposure to marketing automation tools like Marketo and sales engagement platforms like Salesloft.

Knowledge of contract lifecycle tools (e.g., Ironclad).
