Job Description

As a Process Tech IV on the Metals Plus team, your day‑to‑day will focus on prototyping and supporting new product development by setting up lasers, running test programs, and building out laser processes for incoming parts. Work is split across environments, with roughly 20% of time in the cleanroom and 30–50% in the lab, depending on assignments and machine needs. The remainder of your time will be spent collaborating with internal customers, providing technical support, and ensuring smooth integration of new solutions. Some weeks will lean more heavily toward laser production, while others will emphasize lab‑based development, offering a dynamic mix of hands‑on technical work and cross‑functional engagement. We can pay between $30-$35 per hour.

Skills and Requirements

- Associates Degree or High School Diploma or related years of experience.

-Experience operating and programming laser systems for prototyping and production.

-Ability to work in both cleanroom and lab environments while following strict safety protocols.

-Strong technical problem‑solving skills and collaboration with internal customers to support new product development. -Nitinol Experience

-Prior experience with semiconductor or metals manufacturing processes.

-Familiarity with Azure‑based tools, automation frameworks, or similar platforms for process optimization.

-Background in synthetic data generation or advanced testing methods to accelerate agent and program development.
