Job Description
Insight Global's client, a leading company in the Gaming industry is looking for a remote Zip Admin Support Admin to join their Procurement Tools & Technology team. In this role, you will provide operational and technical administration for their contract to pay intake and orchestration platform (Zip). This person ensures integrations with Coupa and Workday are reliable, workflows match policy, data stays in sync, and issues are resolved quickly—particularly across cutover and hypercare. The role partners closely with Procurement Ops, Finance, IT integration teams, and the Zip vendor.
Scope & Responsibilities
• Integration reliability: Monitor and triage Zip ↔Coupa/Workday syncs (masters, budgets, suppliers, charts/GL, categories, projects, request objects). Investigate failures via logs and error queues; coordinate fixes with IT and vendors; verify replays.
• Workflow & policy configuration: Build/maintain Zip workflows/forms, conditional routing, budget/role gates, SLAs, notifications, and exception flows; steward changes with version control and rollback plans.
• Monitoring & incident management: Establish daily checks (dashboards, health pings),define severity levels, and escalation paths; support hypercare activities post go‑live.
• Data & taxonomy hygiene: Guard data quality and ID alignment across systems (supplier IDs, cost centers, GLs, commodity codes, projects); coordinate periodic reconciliations.
• Change management & UAT: Plan and execute configuration changes and minor releases; write test cases, manage UAT cycles, capture sign‑offs, and publish release notes and comms.
• Reporting & analytics: Produce weekly ops pack (volume, errors by integration, approval cycle time, rework rate); surface trends and propose fixes.
• Access & controls: Administer roles/profiles in Zip; align with SSO/Okta groups; review access quarterly; support audit requests and evidence collection.
• Vendor & stakeholder management: Track tickets with Zip/Coupa; maintain RACI; host standups and post‑mortems; keep a prioritized backlog.

Skills and Requirements
• 3-5 years experience with C2P platforms such as ZipHQ, LevelPath or Oro Labs (ZipHQ preferred)
• Experience with integrating (building out workflows within the product, monitoring and triaging any integration errors)
• Knowledge of C2P/P2P processes and governance.
• Familiarity with API-based integrations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
