Job Description

An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a TS/SCI Systems Engineer (Linux) for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be responsible but not limited the following: join a team made up of Systems, Network and Storage admins to support multiple networks in both a Windows and Linux environment. Will configure and maintain the DevOps platform that support, backup and restore the security. Will be required to sit on base or office 5 days/week and have an active TS/SCI clearance.

Skills and Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's Degree (STEM degree)

2+ years of experience with Systems Administration for a Linux Operating Systems (RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), CentOS or Rocky Linux)

IAT II Certification (CASP+ or Sec+)

Linux Certification

Master's Degree

Windows experience

Scripting experience (Perl, PowerShell or Bash)
