Program Supervisor – Lead With Purpose in Our Day Program

What You’ll Do

+ Supervise and support staff who assist individuals during daytime programming.

+ Ensure smooth daily operations, including staff scheduling, training, and coaching.

+ Engage directly with individuals when needed through activities, skill-building, and personal care support.

+ Help create a positive and active environment with community outings, group activities, and vocational skill development.

+ Model professionalism, compassion, and teamwork.

What We’re Looking For

+ High School Diploma or GED (or 5+ years of caregiving experience).

+ Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance.

+ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

+ Someone who truly enjoys making a difference through structured daytime support and engagement.
