Job Description
As a Controls Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will own the coordination and execution of controls-related initiatives across mission-critical construction and data center projects. Your role will involve managing integrated controls systems (BMS, PMS, SCADA), ensuring consistency in documentation, templates, and PLC code, and streamlining processes for efficiency. You’ll run cross-regional meetings, track decisions, file bugs, and provide updates to leadership. Working closely with technical leads and global teams, you’ll drive alignment on controls architecture and support the growth of scalable, standardized solutions across multiple products.

Skills and Requirements
• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in controls or related systems
• Strong knowledge of BMS, PMS, and SCADA systems
• Familiarity with industrial automation and PLC programming
• Ability to manage mission-critical projects (data centers, large-scale construction)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; comfortable running meetings
• Proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management
• Ability to work across regions and time zones (Midwest/Eastern U.S. preferred) • Experience with product-level controls (e.g., chillers)
• Prior exposure to global setups (EMEA/APAC)
• Background in developing SCADA templates, sequence of operations, and network-level controls
• Understanding of energy management or sustainability initiatives
Familiarity with PDI team structures and working with multiple technical leads
