Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a Process Document Control Specialist to join their team in Plaquemine, LA. This person will own the integrity, traceability, and lifecycle management of all P&IDs across projects and master documentation. They will be the gate keeper between engineering changes, regulatory requirements, project workflows, and system-of-record tools. This person will be responsible for administering MOC workflow for P&ID updates, maintaining the master P&ID set and any revisions, applying drafting standards, CAD conventions, layer controls, and symbology requirements.

Skills and Requirements
-Strong understanding of P&ID conventions, tagging systems, and engineering documentation workflows
-Familiarity with document control systems (M-Files) as well as CAD or P&ID authoring tools
-Understanding of chemical plant systems, instrumentation, and process operations -Experience in an owner/operator environment with EPC interaction
-Exposure to PSM-regulated facilities
-Prior work with engineering lists/databases
