    Job Description

    Insight Global is seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operator or experienced Production Team Lead to join a growing client within the Advanced Manufacturing Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced manufacturing equipment, mentoring operators, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of processes to produce the highest quality products. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Equipment Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This role can pay up to $35/hr based on an evaluation of relevant YOE, education level and certification.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    High School Diploma or GED

     

    3+ Years of experience in a production role in a manufacturing environment

     

    Experience operating automated equipment

     

    1+ Years of experience leading a team

     

    Previous experience or ability to understand basic mechanical maintenance.

     

    Microsoft Office suite Experience with powder handling, chemical batch processing or material conveyance
