    Job Description

    Our client is seeking an experienced SDET with 8+ years of formal QA software testing, including both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have strong automation skills, capable of writing, reading, and maintaining test scripts using C#, the .NET framework, and object-oriented programming principles. Expertise in Selenium WebDriver, Playwright with TypeScript, and API testing tools such as Postman is essential, along with familiarity with xUnit, nUnit, and the software development life cycle. The role involves creating and maintaining robust test automation frameworks, working in Visual Studio, and leveraging SQL Server for database validation. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in testing REST/SOAP APIs and collaborating closely with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role is fully remote and the compensation will vary from $70-80/hr.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of formal QA software testing

    - Strong automation testing skills (able to read/write code and maintain test scripts)

    - C# programming and .NET framework

     

    - Object-Oriented Programming principles

     

    - Selenium WebDriver

     

    - API testing (REST/SOAP)

     

    - Playwright and Typescript

     

    - Experienced in API, UI, smoke, and regression testing

     

    - Experience with Postman for API testing
