About the Role
We are seeking a hands‑on, data‑driven E‑Commerce Analytics Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in digging into raw data, uncovering insights, and driving measurable improvements across our e‑commerce and website operations. You’ll play a critical role in building a culture of testing, data integrity, and actionable reporting that empowers stakeholders to make smarter business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Own e‑commerce reporting and performance metrics, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all dashboards and reports.
Dive deep into raw data to uncover insights, identify pain points, and highlight opportunities for growth.
Design, implement, and manage A/B testing programs, fostering a culture of continuous experimentation and rapid iteration.
Develop and maintain dashboards (primarily in Power BI) to visualize performance and communicate insights effectively.
Oversee tagging and tracking implementation across digital properties, ensuring data integrity and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate analytics into actionable business strategies.
Proactively identify and resolve data issues, particularly around tagging and attribution.
Provide clear, compelling narratives around data findings to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Partner with marketing and customer analytics teams to deliver valuable visuals, insights, and recommendations.

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
Strong experience in e‑commerce analytics and website performance reporting.
Proficiency in Power BI (required) and SQL (highly preferred).
Demonstrated ability to manage tagging and tracking at a near‑developer level.
Experience designing and running A/B tests; passion for building a test‑and‑learn culture.
Comfortable working with raw data, troubleshooting issues, and implementing fixes.
Ability to think outside the box and proactively suggest new approaches or opportunities.
Strong communication skills — able to tell the story behind the data and influence stakeholders.
Self‑starter mindset with eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership of complex challenges.
