Job Description
As an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead, you will serve as the go-to expert who enables both our internal team and clients to adopt and realize value from AI solutions. Think of this as a developer relations role applied to consulting: you'll blend technical expertise, training, client advisory, and asset development to make AI accessible, effective, and transformative.
This position represents a foundational role in our newly created Data & AI Business Unit, where you'll help establish AI standards and practices from the ground up to drive innovation in restructuring and turnaround engagements. By joining at this early stage, you'll have the opportunity to shape the unit's direction, build internal capabilities, and position the client as a leader in AI-driven transformations for mid-market companies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The AI Adoption & Enablement Lead is given significant responsibility and plays a vital role in ensuring successful AI integration and outcomes for our clients and internal teams. Your involvement in initiatives will include, but are not limited to:
Internal Enablement (40%)
• Act as the AI "help desk": answer questions, troubleshoot issues, guide prompt engineering, and facilitate use-case brainstorming
• Run regular office hours, whiteboarding sessions, and role-based training programs (fundamentals for analysts, advanced patterns for senior consultants, governance for partners)
• Build and maintain the firm's AI knowledge base: playbooks, prompt patterns, tool selection guides, decision frameworks, and adoption metrics (e.g., usage rates, time-to-competency)
• Champion responsible AI practices and safe use with sensitive client data
• Track and report internal adoption metrics, including training completion rates and asset reuse
Client Enablement (25%)
• Lead discovery workshops to identify high-impact AI opportunities in client operations, tailored to restructuring scenarios (e.g., financial analysis, risk assessment)
• Design and facilitate pilot programs with clear success criteria, governance, and measurement frameworks
• Deliver training to client teams, translating technical capabilities into business outcomes; create adoption roadmaps and client-facing documentation
• Partner with consulting teams to embed AI into turnaround playbooks
• Advise clients on responsible AI: policies, risk controls, evaluation, and compliance considerations in turnaround contexts
Asset Development (25%)
• Build and maintain reusable prompt libraries organized by function (e.g., financial analysis, scenario modeling, risk assessment)
• Develop AI agents and agentic workflows for common consulting tasks (e.g., knowledge retrieval, doc automation, summarization)
• Create context bundles and data preparation templates for rapid deployment
• Establish evaluation harnesses to test accuracy, safety, cost, and performance
• Implement versioning, governance, and "PromptOps" best practices; document patterns, anti-patterns, and lessons learned
GTM Support (10%)
• Create demos, case studies, and proposal content for business development
• Support RFP responses with technical narratives and ROI models
• Represent the client at conferences, webinars, and client events
• Contribute to firm thought leadership through articles, presentations, and community engagement
