Job Description
Vendor will provide staff augmentation assistance to the client, which will consist of providing a certain resource to assist with various activities in support of tactical change management and AI adoption efforts.
The assigned resource will perform services at the direction of the client, focusing on driving adoption of Generative AI technologies (primarily, Microsoft Copilot) and supporting the rollout of the AI Champion Network.
All activities will be executed in alignment with the client’s priorities, timelines, and strategic goals. The client shall provide day-to-day supervision, oversight, and direction of the Personnel.
The assigned individual will support the clients AI adoption and change management initiatives including the following as directed by the client:
Drive Copilot Adoption: Execute Viva Engage strategies, post weekly tips, and respond to user questions to promote Free Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot usage.
Support Training Delivery: Support the execution of “Copilot 101” sessions and help to facilitate interactive events like Copilot Challenges and Prompt-a-thons.
Support AI Champions: Support the roll out of the AI Champion Network across departments with tailored change management and peer learning plans.
Develop Learning Materials: Create Quick Start Guides and role-based training modules in Brainstorm for up to 10 departments.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on AI-related organizational change initiatives and systems implementation.
Ability to review and/or edit training materials to ensure the end product is highly interactive, engaging, and visually compelling.
Exceptional content organization, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful training execution.
Proven experience building and delivering training content that supports process improvements and technology integrations across business units.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rolling deadlines.
