    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized Payroll Specialist with expertise in ADP systems and a strong understanding of payroll compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

     

    Pay will range from 32-37/hr depending on experience - Conversion salary is 85k to 95k

     

    Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite

    Skills and Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and manage payroll for all employees using ADP platforms.

    • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience

    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

    • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and resolve discrepancies promptly.

    • Prepare and review payroll reports, tax filings, and year-end documentation.

    • Collaborate with HR for employee data accuracy and Finance for reconciliations.

    • Assist with audits and support accounting functions such as journal entries and payroll-related reporting.

     

    Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools. Accounting experience
