• Regional Operations Manager

    Job Description

    A client is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead and execute data center construction projects across Texas and New Mexico. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistency, and managing the full lifecycle of complex, multi-stage projects; from pre-construction planning through commissioning and service turnover. They will be leading the data centers holistically for the Region, responsible for contracts, execution, communication and financial Results. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining authority on-site. They will act as the directive voice on-site: identify issues, provide solutions, and explain rationale clearly. They will manage the processes and people, be able to create a focus plan, and travel to the specific job sites. This is a high-impact role with significant growth potential.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in data centers or large-scale infrastructure.

     

    - Strong understanding of multi-phase project execution and operational processes.

    - Willingness to travel 50% within TX & NM; ideally based in Dallas or Houston
