Job Description

In this role we are looking for a Project Manager to work for a leader in the utility industry. In this role you will be responsible for working directly with other parts of the organization to ensure projects are meeting deliverables and KPI's. This organization helps manage operations and an app is built where they can view the intakes. In this role you will help manage those intakes, understand stakeholder requests and work with business to ensure strong business plan for execution on request. You will have a ton of overlap with different business units and driving efficiencies around this operational central application and intake process. You will also be driving visualization metrics, looking at dashboards and understanding how we are doing on certain project deliverables. We need you to also help develop process around building service centers and tracking that while also creating a playbook for future plans / process. We need this individual to be attentive to detail, willingness to hit ground running and be a go-getter.

Skills and Requirements

- Experience managing multiple projects (from inception to close out)

- Experience with Lean (understand change management, lean guidelines and principles)

- Understand how to take a project, define the scope /objective and execute

- Ability to work cross functionally with other stakeholders to drive KPI's and deliverables

- Experience reading data across a PBI dashboard - PMP Certification

- Six Sigma Certification (Black or Green belt)
