Responsibilities
PMI and annual DOT inspections
Brake, driveline, transmission, and engine repair/replacement
Troubleshooting across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Basic electrical diagnostics (multimeter/power probe)
Hydraulic repairs (hoses, cylinders)
Wheel and tire replacement
Local road calls

Skills and Requirements
Must-Haves
1–2 years minimum diesel technician experience
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
Ability to obtain DOT medical card
Willingness to provide personal tools or invest in them
Strong hands on troubleshooting skills working on heavy machinery (engine, transmission, driveline, hydraulics, electrical) Nice-to-Haves
CDL license
Prior experience with road calls
Familiarity with hydraulic systems and electrical diagnostics
ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification, heavy trucking certification, technical/ trade school experience
