    **Pay:** $25.00 Hourly Rate

     

    The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s

     

    experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • No experience required and on the job training provided

    • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Customer service experience

    • 1 year of similar work experience

    Responsibilities:

    + Clear and maintain outdoor areas, including walkways, driveways, and building entrances.

    + Operate snow removal equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, and plows safely and efficiently.

    + Apply de-icing materials (salt, sand, etc.) to prevent slippery surfaces and ensure pedestrian safety.

    + Follow established procedures for equipment use and chemical application to avoid damage to property.

    + Notify the supervisor of any hazards, equipment issues, or areas requiring additional attention.

    + Maintain effective communication and teamwork with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.

    + Comply with all safety, security, and quality standards set by the company and regulatory authorities.

    + Perform seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, and clearing debris when snow removal is not required.

    + Assist with moving outdoor furniture or equipment as needed for snow clearing.

    + Ensure work areas are clean and organized after snow removal operations.
