    What You'll Do

    + Lead and inspire baristas, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and customer care.

    + Develop unique coffee creations and seasonal menus that delight and surprise our guests.

    + Train and mentor staff on brewing techniques, latte art, and customer service excellence.

    + Ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

    + Engage with the local community, building relationships and creating a welcoming café environment.

    + Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and consistency.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement -Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
