    ### Job Duties

    Middle School Grade Spanish Teacher (grades 6-8) will be developed, supported, and guided by the School Principal and Assistant Principal. They will implement Spanish language curriculum and teaching activities to meet the state academic standards, use assessment data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices, participate in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions, be accountable for students achievement of academic standards, communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues, effectively implement Responsive Classroom techniques throughout the school year. Must speak and read Spanish fluently as it will be taught in a classroom setting.

     

    ### Minimum Education Required

    Bachelor’s degree Education, Spanish Education, or Early Childhood Education

     

    ### Minimum Experience Required

    Minnesota State Teacher license for middle school or Spanish K-12

     

    Fluency in written and spoken Spanish
