Material Handler / Warehouse Specialist – 1st Shift | $20/hour | Green Bay, WI

At **PDS Tech Commercial** , we’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented **Material Handler / Warehouse Specialist** to join our client’s dynamic team in **Green Bay, WI** . In this role, you’ll play a key part in the **inbound, internal, and outbound movement of materials** , ensuring parts and products flow efficiently throughout the operation — while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Shift & Pay

+ **1st Shift:** 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM

+ **Pay:** $20/hour

What You’ll Do

+ Receive, check in, and verify local and international shipments.

+ Unload trucks and inspect boxes for damage.

+ Match parts to packing lists and resolve discrepancies.

+ Process purchase orders, verify returns, and enter part locations in the system.

+ Pick, double-check, and pack parts for shipment.

+ Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx, LTL).

+ Perform local deliveries and pick-ups.

+ Conduct inventory control, including cycle and annual counts.

+ Identify and resolve inventory errors promptly.

+ Provide responsive internal and external customer service.

+ Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 5S standards.

+ Support additional warehouse duties such as building boxes, making perf blades, and internal mail delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
