About the Role
We are searching for a Staff Product Manager to drive the next phase of our enterprise scheduling and global tenant onboarding functionalities within the Polaris/Workforce Management platform. With our system successfully live for over a year, this role centers on refining and simplifying our product to achieve best -in-class standards and deliver robust, scalable solutions tailored for enterprise needs. In addition to refining and simplifying existing processes, this role will focus on building additional functionalities specifically designed to accommodate the needs of multiple tenants. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in current capabilities and spearheading the development of new features that enable seamless scheduling and onboarding experiences for diverse enterprise clients. This proactive approach ensures our platform remains robust and adaptable as our tenant base grows. You will be at the forefront of implementing our long -term vision, collaborating across teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency for all tenants. Your leadership will ensure our functionalities remain intuitive and dependable as we evolve towards seamless workforce management.
What You Will Do
+ Implement Vision for Polaris/Workforce Management: Champion and execute strategic updates to deliver an exceptional scheduling and onboarding experience aligned with our product roadmap and business objectives.
+ Build Best -in -Class Functionality: Define requirements and guide development to ensure our features meet rigorous enterprise standards for reliability, usability, and scalability.
+ System Simplification: Analyze current processes and proactively streamline workflows, reducing complexity and removing unnecessary steps to optimize the platform for tenants and internal teams.
+ Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and associates to translate user and business needs into actionable product enhancements, fostering strong cross -functional alignment.
+ Data -Driven Decision Making: Leverage user feedback, performance metrics, and analytics to plan iterations and prioritize improvements.
+ Onboarding Experience: Oversee the continual enhancement of new tenant onboarding processes, emphasizing automation and ease of adoption for enterprise clients.
+ Mentorship & Guidance: Support and influence other product managers, contributing expertise and leadership to drive the team’s success and uphold product excellence.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
+ 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years at senior or staff level.
+ Proven experience with scheduling and onboarding functionalities in enterprise platforms, SaaS, or property management systems.
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and drive cross collaboration.
+ Experience with data -driven product development and workforce management.
Preferred Skills
+ Background in tenant management or workforce management technology.
+ Expertise with onboarding automation tools and enterprise -grade analytics.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
