Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Administration Consultant to support our pricing and sales operations. In this role, you will evaluate and analyze data to process transactional pricing requests, leveraging strong Excel and Power BI skills to interpret market conditions, assess competitive pricing, and help achieve NPR goals. You will work closely with multiple Sales Managers and collaborate with dealership representatives, making strong communication and interpersonal skills essential. This position also involves contributing to ad hoc projects aimed at improving business performance and driving process enhancements.
Responsibilities
+ Plan and implement projects that support and enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.
+ Provide the sales team with technical and administrative product information to support customer interactions and sales activities.
+ Collaborate with the market research team to incorporate market analysis data into customer price quotations.
+ Prepare and manage the distribution of accounts to Sales Representatives, ensuring accurate updates within CRM and other tracking systems.
+ Coordinate with Sales Representatives to deliver necessary sales documentation and meet customer requirements efficiently.
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales administration or customer service experience
OR
+ Master's degree and no experience
OR
+ At least 3 years of sales administration or customer service experience
Additional Requirements
+ Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills
+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field preferred.
+ Industry Experience: Background in trucking and/or automotive industries is a strong plus.
+ Financial & Data Analysis: Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and market data.
+ Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data tools.
+ Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities with strong negotiation skills.
+ Business Acumen: Strong commercial understanding and the ability to support sales strategy and decision-making.
+ Customer Focus: Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
+ Collaboration & Prioritization: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
