Responsibilities

+ Develop and lead individualized cardiac rehab programs

+ Monitor exercise therapy, vitals, and patient progress

+ Educate patients and families on heart-health, lifestyle changes, and long-term wellness

+ Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, dietitians, and physical therapists for comprehensive care

Qualifications

Education:

+ Degree is Exercise Physiology and/or Exercise Science

Certification/License:

+ Must have an Iowa license in profession
