    What You'll Do

     

    + Provide comprehensive primary care services, including wellness visits, chronic disease management, and acute care.

    + Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

    + Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

    + Participate in care planning, patient education, and preventive health initiatives.

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program

    + Current NCCPA certification

    + Active or eligible for South Carolina PA licensure

    + Experience in primary care/internal medicine preferred, but new grads with strong clinical rotations will be considered

    + Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
