What You'll Be Doing

+ Coordinate sales orders and ensure timely processing from entry to delivery

+ Communicate with customers to provide accurate information and resolve inquiries

+ Collaborate with internal teams to maintain inventory and meet customer needs

+ Prepare and maintain reports to support sales and operational efficiency

+ Assist in managing pricing, contracts, and documentation for accuracy

What Are We Looking For

+ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

+ Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly

+ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering excellent service

+ Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This role operates in an office setting with regular interaction across sales, operations, and customer service teams. Occasional travel to local sites may be required.
