Why the Role Is Important:

NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic OCM Consulting Manager to delight our clients and support a successful People & Organization Consulting Practice. As a Consulting Manager in this practice, your typical day will include both client and internal practice contributions:

Client contributions** **:

+ **Be an advisor to global clients embarking on a change initiative.**

+ **Develop, lead and/or execute comprehensive and customized People & Organization and OCM strategies to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.**

+ **Drive faster adoption, increased utilization, and greater proficiency of affected employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieve the desired business results and outcomes for clients.**

+ **Manage change readiness, adoption baseline, measurement, and monitoring to assess effectiveness of People & Organization activities.**

+ **Design, mobilize, and manage a network of change advocates.**

+ **Apply best practice OCM methodologies to develop a customized client change management approach.**

+ **Identify new and innovative ways to accelerate clients through their change journey.**

Internal practice contributions** **:

+ **Coach, manage, and mentor consulting resources at junior to mid-career levels to high-performance / high results.**

+ **Build internal network and partnerships for business expansion opportunities and career growth.**

+ **Engage in the hiring process, including evaluating potential candidates and interviewing.**

+ **Assist with development of thought leadership, collateral, tools, and templates.**

Required Qualifications:

+ You have a bachelor's degree in business, HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience.

+ You have 5+ years recent Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience.

+ You have 5+ years of experience contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a methodology-driven approach.

+ You have been responsible for managing $1M+ in revenue

+ You have 2 years or more experience coaching and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of up to 10 members.

+ You have Prosci, ACMP or an equivalent OCM certification.

Preferred Skills:

+ You have 2 or more years in organization development / design; organizational effectiveness; culture and workforce transformation; learning and training design, development, and delivery; Configured Platforms (i.e. SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) implementations.

+ You have impressive communication skills. You have the ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.

+ You are a team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.

+ You have strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management.

+ You have the ability to travel up to 50%.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $103,000.00-210,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
