    Introduction

     

    Product Management sits at the intersection of Technology, Business, and Design, serving as the central function that defines what products should be built and why. As a Product Specialist, you are a critical part of this function, directly supporting the execution of the product strategy by translating high-level vision into actionable product requirements and managing the day-to-day product development lifecycle. Your role ensures that features developed in areas like Security AI, Application Modernization and Computing Systems deliver measurable customer value while achieving defined business outcomes—making you a foundational driver of product success.

     

    Your role and responsibilities

     

    You will be responsible for executing key aspects of the product lifecycle, working alongside senior product managers to drive feature development and market success.

     

    * Product Execution: You will actively participate in market research and competitive analysis, translating findings into actionable product requirements and detailed user stories. Your work will directly impact the roadmap, ensuring we deliver products that balance technical feasibility with high business impact and customer value.

    * Domain Focus: Apply your foundational knowledge in high-growth areas, helping to productize capabilities in domains such as AI, Security, Application Modernization and Computing Systems.

    * Cross-Functional Management: Serve as a core member of the product execution team, managing daily communication and documentation for cross-functional partners, including Engineering, Design, and Sales.

    * Data Science: You will use data analysis from multiple sources and stakeholders to support critical product decisions, moving features successfully from concept to launch and helping to drive successful sales plays.

     

    This role offers a robust platform for launching a successful career, providing direct ownership over features and accelerating your development toward becoming a successful Product Manager.

    Required technical and professional expertise

    • Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering or Business

    • Experience in Product Management or equivalent practical experience building or deploying products

    • Solid written communication and presentation skills

    • Experience in implementing agile practices and design thinking

    • Problem solving and Business Analysis skills

    • Ability to work at least 3 days a week from the office.

    Preferred technical and professional experience

    • Previous working experience in the domain aras highlighted above.

    • Technical expertise and ability to communicate, work and build trust with stakeholders

    • Data science skills to create advanced analysis and reporting.

    • Track record of high-quality, self-directed, timely execution.

    • Experience with technologies relevant for the domain areas mentioned above.

    • Experience in implementing agile practices and design thinking
