Your role and responsibilities
This role is for a highly experienced Integration Engineer specializing in enterprise data and analytics. With a strong foundation in HCM/ERP systems and a proven track record in SAP HR/HCM, the candidate will now focus on data integration, modeling, and visualization across platforms such as Snowflake, Power BI, and other planning and forecasting tools. The position emphasizes harmonizing data from SAP, Workday, and other enterprise systems to enable strategic insights and decision-making.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between legacy ERP systems and modern cloud-based analytics platforms, driving transformation through data engineering, visualization, and planning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data integration pipelines across SAP, Workday, and other enterprise systems into Snowflake.
- Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using Power BI to support HR, Finance, and operational analytics.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and deliver data-driven solutions for planning and forecasting using modern enterprise platforms.
- Ensure high-quality, governed, and secure data flows across systems and platforms.
- Maintain and enhance SAP HR/HCM modules as part of the broader data ecosystem.
- Lead data architecture discussions and contribute to enterprise data strategy.
- Support cross-functional teams in leveraging analytics for decision-making.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in data integration, ETL, and data warehousing (Snowflake must).
- Proficiency in Power BI (must) for dashboarding and visualization.
- Experienced in integrating data from enterprise systems such as SAP HR/HCM and Workday into modern analytics platforms.
- Applied enterprise planning and forecasting tools within broader data ecosystems, with emphasis on data flow and model alignment.
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and data governance.
