    Clean Harbors is now hiring a full-time **Supervisor Branch Operations Support** out of **Easton, IL** .

     

    **WORK ENVIRONMENT:** Transportation and logistics setting – managing OTR (Over-the-Road) drivers and fleet operations across the United States.

    **POSITION LOCATED IN:** Easton, IL & Bluff City

    + Manage up to **25–30 OTR Bulk Oil Filter drivers** operating nationwide.

    + Promote safety culture and **conduct regular safety meetings** for the team.

    + Handle **safety incidents and transportation-related incidents** promptly and effectively.

    + Collaborate with the **Central Routing Group** to optimize driver routes and schedules.

    + Review and manage weekly driver routes; provide feedback to routing teams.

    + Oversee **call-ins** and provide accurate **ETA updates** to the Customer Service team; coordinate with drivers for additional service opportunities.

    + Manage **truck maintenance and breakdowns** for all assets within the group.

    + **Interview and hire OTR drivers** as needed to maintain staffing levels.

    + Minimum **2+ years of experience** in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.

    + Strong knowledge of **driver management and DOT compliance** .

    + Excellent communication and leadership skills.

    + Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot fleet issues preferred.

    + High school diploma/GED required; college degree a plus.

    + CDL A or B license preferred.
