As a key member of our Training & Development team, you’ll play a vital role in cultivating excellence across our plant operations. This position is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives on continuous improvement, team development, and the principles of World Class Manufacturing (WCM).

+ **Elevate Employee Performance:** Assess employee skills and performance quality to identify strengths and development opportunities through gap analysis, 3x3x3 job matrices, and Professional Development (PD) tools within the EEM framework.

+ **Design and Deliver Targeted Training:** Plan and facilitate training sessions tailored to specific roles across multiple plant departments, ensuring each team member is equipped for success.

+ **Champion Onboarding Excellence:** Lead new hire orientation and onboarding with a strong focus on WCM methodology to establish a solid foundation from day one.

+ **Develop Learning Resources:** Oversee the creation of engaging, standards-aligned instructional materials consistent with EEM Step 5 requirements.

+ **Drive Training Effectiveness:** Evaluate program impact and contribute to the continuous enhancement of course content, methods, and delivery.

+ **Engage as a Leader and Instructor:** Deliver training sessions across multiple platforms—individual, group, on-the-job, virtual, and recorded formats—as needed.

+ **Foster Leadership Development:** Implement structured learning processes to strengthen plant supervision and elevate their operational expertise using WCM methodology.

Your work will directly impact employee capability, operational excellence, and our culture of continuous improvement. As the bridge between people and performance, you’ll help shape a workforce that is agile, skilled, and aligned with our WCM-driven mission of achieving manufacturing excellence.
