CaroMont Family Medicine – Cherryville is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our close-knit, high-performing team. What We’re Looking For

+ 3+ years of experience in Family Medicine

+ Rural experience preferred (or a strong interest in serving a rural community)

+ A Provider seeking a long-term clinic home where they can grow, contribute, and make a true impact within the community.

+ A commitment to continuity – our community needs a provider who can be a steady, reliable presence.

Position Highlights

+ Practice in our modern, well-equipped facility with access to CaroMont’s extensive resources and network.

+ In-house X-ray capability and onsite laboratory

+ 4 days a week

Key Responsibilities

+ Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging.

+ Provide education on treatment plans and follow-up care

+ Document all encounters accurately and timely in EPIC

Requirements

+ Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited NP or PA program

+ Board Certified FNP or PA-C

+ Active NC License & DEA and willing to obtain a SC License & DEA

+ BLS/ACLS certification
