    **Our client, a leader in the business services industry, is seeking a Collections Support Specialist to join their team.** As a Collections Support Specialist, you will be part of the Accounts Receivable department supporting customer account processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

    Collections Support Specialist

    Location:

    Remote (US-based), Eastern Time Zone schedule required

    Pay Range:

    $23.17 per hour

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Contact customers to confirm or correct account setup and billing information

    + Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and cases to support collections activities

    + Provide documentation such as proof of delivery, credit memos, and invoice copies

    + Identify and escalate billing, service, and accounts receivable issues

    + Document customer disputes and encourage use of digital/self-service options

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Experience in collections or accounts receivable follow-up

    + Strong customer service and communication skills

    + Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping

    + Ability to multitask, manage time, and meet deadlines

    + Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively
