Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the enterprise technology strategy. What's the Job?

+ Support the buildout of a new Power BI Server environment in Wells Fargo's data centers via EPLX

+ Assist with planning and strategic migration to cloud infrastructure

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, resilient, and compliant analytics infrastructure

+ Optimize IT performance through foundational engineering, operational excellence, and scalable architecture

+ Modernize analytics platforms to enable seamless, efficient data workflows and unlock the power of data and AI

What's Needed?

+ Extensive experience with IT infrastructure and Power BI

+ Proficiency in Power BI fabric and cloud migration strategies

+ Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and security protocols

+ Excellent leadership and communication skills

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
