• HR Generalist - Contract Role

    Our client, a manufacturing organization in Franklin, OH, is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to join their team. As an HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting a dynamic team of over 50-55 salaried employees and more than 200 hourly employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** HR Generalist - Contract Role

    **Location:** Franklin, OH

    **Pay Range:** 65k-80k

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support day-to-day human resources operations within a manufacturing plant environment

    + Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally

    + Maintain accurate employee records, process HR documentation, and manage HRIS updates

    + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies

    + Support managers with performance review processes and employee development initiatives

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    + 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment

    + Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
