Our client, a leader in healthcare and manufacturing industries, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Technical Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Technical Manager, you will be part of the Technology Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building intelligent automation systems, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Technical Manager
**Location:** Deerfield, IL 60015 (Hybrid: Mon-Thu onsite, Friday remote)
Pay Range: $55 to $59 an hourly W2
What's the Job?
+ Lead the development and deployment of AI and automation solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
+ Design, build, and implement AI/ML models and automation workflows using leading platforms like Power Automate and Power Apps.
+ Analyze and re-engineer business processes to identify automation opportunities across R&D, supply chain, and clinical operations.
+ Establish and oversee AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical, compliant, and secure deployment of AI solutions.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with industry-specific standards and regulatory requirements.
What's Needed?
+ Extensive experience in healthcare and manufacturing sectors with a deep understanding of industry challenges and regulations.
+ Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, and strong programming skills in Python with AI/ML frameworks.
+ Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate, Azure AI Engineer, or AWS Certified Machine Learning.
+ Proven track record of leading automation projects and managing geographically dispersed teams for over 10 years.
+ Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills to guide technical teams and present insights to stakeholders effectively.
